As of this post, all thirteen unexalted female Coatls/WCs with those colors have 0 energy. Broadening the search gives this Imperial on the AH for 40kt:

Ah yea, I'm aware it's a bit of a stretch. I already have an Imp and a Nocturne in this color scheme though (tert is wrong). It's likely to be a bit of a breeding project. And if I would boraden it I would likely broaden into allowing other colors of Tert rather than other breeds as the likelihood of me getting what I is slightly better.
