I have this G1 girl from my anniversary hatch that makes some interesting babies with your male Veil. To get offspring scries, I used the id of a modern dragon with the same colors, then plugged those babies into the scrying workshop and gave them your boy's genes. Of course, it would depend on how you gened her.
