When Nydahi attempted to work during the day, every interruption set her back several hours as she tried to regain her focus. Unfortunately this means Nydahi doesn’t get many hours of sleep. To balance this, she tries to limit her late-night work to only a set number of days before giving herself a rest to reset her schedule.
