So before I go stating what I want I am going to put some information on the pet i am designing this dragon in memory of.
My mom and I rescue animals, and take in any lost/unwanted animals when we can as well. Earlier this year my brother who is a mechanic found a kitten stuck in the frame work of his truck. It was clear that he was malnourished, and needed serious help. So he brought the kitten to us. Mom, who is a retired veterinarian technician, checked him out and figured out he was about 7 weeks old meaning he was only weaned from his mother 1 week ago. We cleaned him up and nursed him back to health. He soon started to act like a normal kitten meowing, purring, playing, and he also helped the other kitten rescues we got in that month too.
We named him Georgie and he was very smart, if you called he came running along with a purr. He loved attention, trusted people, was terrified of heights and water. Once he knew something had water in it that was deeper than 2 inches he avoided it. Georgie was 3 months old when we got my puppy Scooter. Originally we bought him to be a new addition to the farm that was supposed to be from a good family to help the rescues. We soon learned that Scooter was a rescue he had a ring worm infestation, flea infestation, signs of abuse, and more.
Well Georgie being the good kitty he was took Scooter in, and played with him. When Scooter had nightmares Georgie would come up and lick him to gently wake him up and comfort him too. Georgie also would go outside and help Scooter learn to go to the bathroom outside. We have one of those pools you can set up with the metal rim and the ladder in it, and we recently converted the pool into a pond since mom's pond broke. Georgie had all ready inspected it I watched him climb the ladder, and touch the water. Georgie then immediately went back up the ladder and has avoided the pool ever since. Georgie also likes to protect the farm from strangers, he has hissed and clawed people that tried to go near the farm when we were not outside.
Today we had to go to town and like usual Georgie went outside to play some, since Scooter is too little to be outside when no one is home. I have no idea why but i had a huge urge to get Georgie and put him back inside, I felt like something bad was going to happen. When I mentioned my feeling to my mom she said it was probably just from my worry of it being Scooters 1st time home alone. When we came home today I let Scooter out and he looked for Georgie in the house only for him to not find him. It wasn't anything new, but since it was getting dark he also knew it was time to go outside and call Georgie in, but Georgie didn't come this time.
I put Scooter inside and asked my mom (she's disabled and I take care of her) to watch Scooter. I then went outside and spent 4 hours searching our 5 acers looking for Georgie and calling him, knowing he comes when called. Only for him to not show up, and dinner was ready. After eating dinner I went outside to feed moms fish in the pond only to find Georgie in there dead.
Knowing Georgie has always avoided the pond and wouldn't even let us carry him near it I knew something was up. I yelled his name and I got him out and while crying I tried chest compressions, but nothing worked. Then my medical training kicked in fully as I noticed he was cold, stiff, and the fact that it was impossible to bring him back made me break down. After I managed to pull my self together I called my mom outside so she could help me burry him in out pet cemetery. While burying him she mentioned how Georgie always avoided the pool and even buckets of water. She believes someone tried to take something from our farm, Georgie tried to protect it and got killed/drowned in return. I don't know what happened, and I probably never will. There is 1 thing I do know I miss Georgie so much and every time I think of him I cry. Georgie was a special cat to me and he helped all the recued animals so much, he will be missed.
So I want to make a perma bab after him.
I am looking for a male obelisk dragon of the fire flight, innocent eyes, in the colors/gene's Saffron Tiger, Saffron Stripes, Cantaloupe Glimmer
If I need to take any information off this post please let me know and I will do so, I just really needed someone to talk to about this tragedy and everyone on flight rising came to mind as everyone is usually so kind on here.
I am subbed to this so no need to ping me, and if im slow to reply or take a few days to I do apologize but grieving takes a lot out of you, I lost Georgie today, and 2 friends over the last 2 weeks.
