Coming back to FR after ages of being away, and oh man have I been clearing out pleasant, well-gened doubles or near-doubles without any sort of unique personality.
So show me pretty dragons with colors that aren't near each other on the wheel AT ALL! There are 117 colors on the FR color wheel, which means that in theory a dragon's primary, secondary, and tertiary could all be fully 59 colors apart, and oh man do I want to see THAT dragon. The colors don't have to clash, necessarily -- in fact, pleasingly complimentary colors are a big plus -- but ideally all three colors should be at LEAST 30 steps apart.
Most ideal wants:
--Any species is ok, but I have way too many guardians and skydancers, so maybe not those? I don't have nearly enough bogsneaks and pearlcatchers, and I wasn't even HERE when they debuted veilspun or obelisks, so I'd love to see some of that.
--I could not care less about gen 1s, but unusual color combos or eye types are likely to at least pique my interest.
--Lore is not at all necessary, but if a dragon who fits these other criteria happens to have some, I'm more likely to be interested.
--I have so many geneing projects right now, so I'm definitely looking for fully-gened dragon(s) here.
Extra points for: one or more gem genes in visually interesting combinations, but also treasure genes with interesting accent colors (ie, flaunt/flair, skink/spinner, poison/toxin, etc). Harmonious, non-clashy koi. Boulder or myrid, especially in combination with a different primary/secondary with more color contrast. Crystal/bee/opal, which is a gorgeous combo that should exist more, especially with non-matching colors like you're going to show me here.
Not a big fan of: okapi, capsule, smirch, tiger/leopard/jaguar/clouded/rosette. None of these are an automatic no, but they're less likely to be my taste.
