Welcome to Fallen! This is a RP styled Mafia game, which means it is recommended you use a dragon you feel has well defined lore/character.
Graphic imagery will be described in this game, and some scenarios can be emotionally stressful. If you dislike gore or the feels (tm), I don't suggest this game.

How to Play :)
• It’s the Chosen vs. the Fools. In The Abyss, the Chosen are those that have been deemed worthy by…something, and their goal is to sacrifice the fools in order to please it and escape the Abyss. The Fools must fight to stay alive, and if they catch every one of the Chosen, they will be free to escape The Abyss.
In simple terms, Chosen = Mafia, and Fools = Town.
• The Chosen will vote on who they will kill overnight, while the Fools try to figure out who the Chosen are by investigating for clues and questioning NPCS (Also known in-game as the guides). Every day, everyone will vote for who they want to lynch that day.
• One is allowed to ask the NPCs questions by bolding the question and pinging me, Lummox, in your post. New rule! Listen well! You can only ask one npc one question about a murder per person. Choose your questions wisely! :o)
•So I guess if you want to ask questions about the underground, you can ask the npcs away. After all, it's not like they know much, so why bother! Eheh.
•Beloved Chosen, solve all three of my puzzles, and then solve a fourth secret puzzle, and I'll give you something very special.
• Investigation and exploration is needed to succeed. To investigate a certain area, bold the action you want to take and ping me.
• Please try to be active. I won't be very stern the first few days, but as time passes (or days in-game) and you have not posted at least once, I will start culling inactives. If you are having irl stuff going on or if you can't participate anymore for any reason, don't be afraid to pm me
• Remember that this is an RP styled game, meaning RP etiquette apply here also. Do try to be respectful towards each other as well. Your dragons can dislike each other, but let's not be spiteful against each other as people. And remember, it's just a game.
ROLES
Fools
The Desperate: These walls are closing in…! They are willing to kill if it means they can get out of this hole sooner. They can kill a dragon of their choosing once per night.
The Nosy: Haven’t they heard curiosity killed the cat? Well apparently they haven’t, because once a night, they can choose to snoop on one dragon and learn what their role is. If they die, all the knowledge they gained will be revealed to the public.
The Defensive: They are always on their toes, ready to defend themselves or someone else if it benefits them. They can protect one dragon, or themself, once per night. The One in the Abyss has also given them a special ability where every four nights (4th night, 8th night, etc.) they can revive a dead dragon on either side on the side of the Fools. Why would The One in the Abyss do this? Most likely to add more chaos to the situation.
The Mourner: They miss them. They really do. So much so that they are willing to copy the ability of any dead ally for that night. They cannot copy the same role twice two days in a row.
The Chatterbox: When they get nervous, they talk. Especially during the night. They can talk to one dragon per night, preventing them from using their role that night.
The Coward: They are really good at running away and hiding. As such, if the Chosen come after them, they can get away quite easily, preventing them from ever being killed by Chosen vote, except if The Crusader catches them, a Synchronizer's role activates to kill them, or they are killed by their own side.
The Betrayed: Similar to a Synchronizer, expect way more bitter when they die, the Betrayed kills whoever killed them. If lynched, they kill a random dragon that voted for them.
Chosen
The Crusader: The One in the Abyss knows of their potential, they just have to prove it first. A member of the Chosen must willingly sacrifice themselves to another Chosen in order for that Chosen to become a Crusader. When the ritual is complete, The Crusader can kill an additional dragon by their self on top of the Chosen vote kill, however when they choose to do so they will leave evidence against themself.
Only one Crusader can be active in the game. If a crusader already exists, another cannot be created until the current Crusader dies. A Crusader cannot be sacrificed to create another Crusader either.
The Arcane Switcher: The One in the Abyss has deemed them worthy of switching the magical properties they have given everyone for the sake of causing more chaos. They can switch the roles between two dragons once per night.
The Joker: Well, since you’re here, might as well have fun! At the start of every day you get the power of a random role from either side. They will not get the same role for two days in a row though.
The Synchronizer: The One in the Abyss has given them the power to synchronize their dying life force to a living Fool. Which means as they die, a random Fool dies with them.
The Necromancer: Blessed with the bizarre magic of The One in the Abyss, they have gained arcane knowledge that would be frowned upon in most magical societies. However, this is the Abyss, and anything goes. They can revive a dead dragon of either side onto the side of the Chosen every four nights (4th night, 8th night, etc.).
The Alchemist: They have been gifted the ability to forge almost anything from something else. Unfortunately, they use this talent to create incriminating evidence against another dragon. To forge evidence, PM me and tell me what object in the area you are using to turn into incriminating evidence (say, a spoon on the counter mentioned during investigation), then tell me what you are transforming it into and who it is incriminating.
Keep in mind that there may be more than one dragon carrying a certain role.
