I could see his deadly sin as being wrath since he doesn’t seem like the type of dragon who could control his anger very well and he seems like the type of dragon who could possibly hold a grudge for a long time.

My first thought was Greed thanks to his lovely golden color scheme, but the more I thought about it, I think Envy would suit him better. He's always dressing in finery and trying to fill the void in his heart with material objects, but remains forever unsatisfied.
