Their names were Aeon, Venus, and Lamia. They made everything from the air to the stars to the very essence of our cells. Humanity worshipped them for a long time. One fateful day, the humans stopped worshiping the goddesses. Angered by this, the goddesses retreated from the world (AKA pretended to be killed by the crimson scourge) and created an artifact meant to bring extreme despair to all of humanity. The item was called [i]The Skull Heart[/i]. Every 7 years, a maiden could make a wish to the heart. If the wish was pure, it would be granted. However, if the wish was not pure, she would be turned into a creature of ultimate destruction, a [i]skullgirl[/i]. Hundreds have sought the Skull Heart, but so far none have been deemed worthy and spared its cruel power. -------------------------------- In this world, there are 4 major kingdoms. They are called The Canopy Kingdom, The Chess Kingdom, The Dragonian Kingdom and The Gigan Kingdom. This fanfiction focuses on the Canopy Kingdom where a powerful man of medici blood used to rule. He kept peace for many years throughout the kingdoms, but he was overthrown by another family, one of the families of the royal court; [i]The Reniors[/i]. Currently, while the Renoir Crown rules the the Canopy Kingdom, the Medici rules its sizable underworld. On the surface, the wealthy Medici family is noble and generous, but beneath this facade lurks the truth: most everyone of power in the populous cities of The Canopy is being manipulated, coerced or directly controlled by the Medici crime family. After the death of King Alteos and when Franz became the ruler, they were hired to create human anti-skullgirl weapons. Unfortunately, many of the kingdom’s subjects were sacrificed in the labs’ experiments. [b][size=4][color=black]Other-[/color][/size][/b] Other residents from other clubs, gangs, or organizations. [b][size=5][color=Red]The Medici Mafia[/color][/size][/b] The medicis rule the criminal buisness of the Canopy. They are ruled by Lorenzo Medici, an immortal mastermind. The medicis are most well known for their deadly hitman, which are use to terrify those who oppose the likes of the mafia. [b][size=5][color=Blue]Neutral[/color][/size][/b] [b][size=4][color=black]Sekhmet's Cult[/color][/size][/b] The worshipers of the parasite Sekhmet and her host Neferu/Eliza. [b][size=5][color=Purple]Pro-Skullgirl[/color][/size][/b] [b][size=4][color=black]Lamia's Cult[/color][/size][/b] The worshipers of the trinity. [b][size=4][color=black]The Skullgirl[/color][/size][/b] A 3p character, this is the skullgirl 30-35 years ago. The skullgirl is NOT THAT BIG OF A THREAT, surprisingly. Sure, she's super relevant to the plot but her main goal is just to deliver as much chaos and despair as possible, so it would be more helpful to focus on lynching mafia. ------------------------------ [color=transparent]Sry if I bias but B. Skullgirls Mobile has MANY inconsistencies with the actual game.

These include

Vitale being second in command of medici mafia (It's actually B. Dahlia)

The last hope anti-SG mission being a plan of Brain Drain (It was valentine who came up with it)

Cerebella being actually decently smart

Peacock being consious during her creation (she wasn't, and BB wasn't with her either.)

Lorenzo seeing meridian as his own city. (All of canopy technicly belongs to him)

Cerebella having to go against Feng and Beatrix to do the mission Vitale gave her. (Grrr... I really hate this one. Vitale just chose her randomly in canon. Dangit Lab Zero, I seriously hate it when you change canon lore for fanservice.)
