Our village, founded by our great ancestor dragon, was looked upon by his unborn prince. Sitting at the peak of the hill on a shrine suited to only the most worthy, lay the prince in his egg. He shone like a sun upon the valley below, blessing us with an endless warm summer and a day that would never end. Our crops grew plentiful. Our lives stayed peaceful. Alas, his grace would never keep. Some in the village wanted his power for their own. They schemed unrelenting. And in a dream, our lost grandkeep came to me. He spoke of the traitors in our midst, warning me of them. I failed to listen. There came a stormy night, the first since our dragon's birth. In a panicked rush, I scaled the hill. Dragon by my side, tears and rain in my eyes, we reached the top. I had failed him. Standing in the shadows around the egg stood four - no, five, figures. One reached out to take our prince. The five figures tumbled down the hill, one of them screeching as fire burned on their back. The egg remained, the sky still weeping. With fear in my heart, I grabbed our prince. He wouldn't be safe anywhere until the traitors are purged. Bringing him close inside my bottle, I sprinted back to town. Everyone was still asleep. These next nights will certainly be long. They will be comprised of an assortment of Active, Passive, Reactive, and Responsive abilities. [*] Active abilities can be used during the day cycle. [*] Passive abilities are always functioning regardless of the time of day or the player's will. [*] Reactive abilities can be used during the night cycle, in reaction to any active abilities used on you during the day cycle. [*] Responsive abilities can be used in the day cycle and allow the targeted player to react to them during the night cycle without the use of an ability. [*] All abilities have a limit on the number of times they can be used. For passives, this is the number of days they will be functional. [*] You may only use one ability per day cycle and one per night cycle. [*] The card also displays your name, character name, role name, alignment, character, and some lore about your character. [b]Note: They're monsters. Their titles don't give clues as to their roles or alignments, neither do their appearances. Don't try to base your reasoning off of things like "whoever Bulb is, they must be town since they're a detective." That's not true - Bulb was a detective in their town, but that's not what he does in the game. It's just flavor. Similarly, something like "Gen has a creepy face, his player must be scum!" First off, they're monsters. Of course a few look creepy. Secondly, Gen is a mimic and he's mimic-ing Farmyard's face.[u] It's flavor.[/u][/b][center]
