No it's not just you, there is an update about it (see the main page)
I just read about the update and my gosh it really looks weird!
EDIT: I really don't like the change. It makes usernames harder to read :P

nope. I guess they changed something in the code (maybe now usernames will be readable on forum vistas?)

Well, there literally was just a fix, apparently? I think I caught it minutes before it was announced (Which was five minutes ago)
From the Site Status on the front page:
A fix has been implemented that resolves some spacing and alignment issues within the forum vista area; player names should also be much easier to read. Please press Ctrl+F5 in the forums if you do not see the effects of the change.

@avey - I was wondering if it was my browser, too! I'm seeing bold white names with red borders-- maybe they're trying to make usernames easier to read or stand out more?
