Well, I guess Females, Cuz I got my Boggy girl Yuri.
Although males look like they got 2 big fins, and females only one. But IDK. The angle makes it hard to tell for me.

The females have one central fin and two lil fins on each side (assumedly, as only one can be seen)

Well... Technically since the fins differ from each individual Bog, in lore your own could have as many (or as little) fins as you want! The art is just there to show two different possibilities!
