I have some fairly disturbing lore on this dragon, and I'd like to know if you guys think it's good.

Just a real quick review here:
It's cool, but I think the formatting would be a bit better if you shortened the dividers- as it is, it just makes it so that there's an unnecessary horizontal scroll. Spacing out the text would also help.

Maybe add some white space between the picture at the end and your text, otherwise your letters seem to overlap with the picture which makes reading harder.
Having a white line between paragraphs also help to facilitate reading. Example =>
She went on to do x and y and.... when she encountered him. "Hi."
"Hello," he mumbled.
