Yes, dragons have a chance to become sick! This won't kill your dragon, so you better not complain. NEW HUNTING SYSTEM!
You now have to work to get your prey! It costs treasure to start hunting. Areas to find food are now organized into levelled places, and your hunting dragon only levels up once per day IF they've hunted. You have to click on a random area of the map (you only have five clicks) and hope there will be something you can fight, the outcome being determined RNG and your level. Also, the chances of there actually being something are ridiculously low, and RNG will never give you anything in your level range IF anything even appears, causing your dragon to be defeated by literally every prey item no matter how small. Also, it will cause your hunter to become sick a lot, since they lose so often. Also, all of your dragons will go hungry because food is so hard to get now--but it won't kill them, so don't complain. Also, don't buy food on the AH, because it's being sold for tons of treasure because of how hard it is to get. Also, gathering now works the same way. It costs treasure to do both.
NEW BREEDING SYSTEM!
Your dragons will now breed with whoever else in the clan they want! It's literally random and you cannot predict when this will happen! Enjoy trying to make actual breeding pairs!
GEM POLICY
Gems no longer can be obtained through onsite activities. At all. Please buy them.

No more hoardselling! You can no longer sell things from your hoard for quick money (since you're gonna need it for all the mass number of times your dragons fall ill.)
