... and got back in when I got sick, and needed to play.

Now I discover that Eliminate is super expensive. I have about 3-4 Tanks that I picked up training again that need it to "Fit" in my standard set. I'm not hurting, but I would like to complete these tanks. About half my first page is level 25 and most have eliminate.

So where does eliminate drop the most?

Welcome back! I don’t think any venue drops them more often than others - as long as you’re not in the Mire, of course. Some people swear by Arena for eliminates, or Blooming Grove for good drops, but your mileage may vary.
