Hi everyone. After talking this over with @Undel and with her permission, we have an update for you on the status of the Flight Rising team.
In early May Undel suffered a back injury that has required her to step back from the active day-to-day work on Flight Rising. We are working to adjust our development and deployment schedules to give her as much time and support as she needs in order to heal and for us to keep Flight Rising moving forward.
How does this impact you?
Ask the Team is currently suspended. We will provide you with an update on how we will proceed when we have more information to share in a future Community or Development Update.
The biggest change we anticipate having a direct impact on you will be when the flight festivals begin.
To ensure everyone has time to participate in the festivals, we will include the exact date and time the festivals start and end in the announcement posts and in advance on the Site Status page.
We will notify you of any additional changes to the festival schedule.
Is Undel still a part of Flight Rising's development?
Yes! Undel is and will continue to be involved with the direction and development of Flight Rising.
What if something else comes up?
If we anticipate any other bumps while we make changes to our schedules, we will let you know right away.
Undel loves Flight Rising and the community deeply. She continues to be a part of our team, just maybe not at the keyboard as much as she was before. Please send her all of your love and healing thoughts.

The Brightshine Jubilee will begin at rollover as it has since June 2013.
For the Thundercrack Carnivale, we want to try starting the festival at 06:00 server time on Sunday, through 06:00 the following Sunday.
