on the map, they live on around this spot^
the clangrounds are made up of ancient ruins, repurposed - large sheets hang over them and turn the crumbling masses of pillars into tents. where there are no ruins, the tents stand alone, though no less majestic than their more historical counterparts. some of the ruins have been painted by the clan's resident artist - broken marble in colors of sunshine.
they live on the edge of a forest, near a small lake. you can get to the hewn city in about a day, if you want, but it's not recommended. after all, the clan's [i]right[/i] in a safe spot. best to make use of that.

Back when i was in Nature, I imagined they lived in giant trees or under them, with catwalks connecting the tree houses n stuff
now in Earth I think they live in overgrown abandoned mines & caves filled with crystals closer to Shadow
i should probably write down my clan lore somewhere so I can get all these details stored in one place

my clan lives underground in the shifting expanse, though there is a factory above where they all live that helps to make machinery since that's my clan's main way of making money. otherwise there is practically nothing above ground as everything has been cleared away for my clan. its all very high tech and far too futuristic for it to fit with the cannon fr lore.

Mine live in a knotted mess of flesh on the border of Plague/Shadow/Water territory that floods frequently, so they move around a lot. They live half aboveground half below, and reinforce their claim on the territory with scent markings and bone buttresses.

My clan officially lives at edge of rotrock rim and abiding boneyard, in half-underground area surrounded by a wall build from rocks, bones and those pulsing vein-like things
tho right now they are on vacation so they likely rented couple cottages somewhere in Shifting Expanse (no, those cottages won't be there after they return to Wasteland... they are scavengers by heart but thieves by accident)
