Hey guys, this NotN was certainly... eventful, huh? I myself went on a gen 1 binge buying, and got rid of a bunch of my permas in the process. I found scrys for most of them, but it’s all so expensive.

weep in joy & sorrow over how pretty all your permas will be but also how your wallet will from now on always be empty then go & impulse buy one or two more G1s because you cannot stop buying these lovelies with so much potential. :')

Focus on dragons one at a time. Focus on one gene at a time for that dragon. run Don't go looking at dragons before finishing the ones you already have, impulses will get you. seriously run Think about outfits before genes are applied, trust me on this. And most importantly have fun and don't strain yourself.

:D Remember that treasure genes exist and can look awesome sometimes. Not everything has to be decked out in triple gem genes and changed to wildclaws. And maybe sometimes if a dragon only looks decent with starmap/constellation/glimmer try to resist the urge to buy it.
And yup yup, do one at a time and try to not buy 50 new dragons before finishing the ones you've already got.

^ This is exactly what I did to fully gene and dress my lair! I focused on one dragon at a time, made a list of genes and apparel they needed, then acquired those items one at a time until the dragon was complete. Then I'd move on the next dragon.
Another thing you can do is have a hard cap on the number of dragons in your lair to stop you from impulse buying more potential G1 projects.
