Nah, antivaxxers operate from an absurd refusal of how science works - saying that vaccines do harm without proof, or ignoring their benefits. Plague is more about doing what you can to survive - it's just that instead of having dead or weakened antigens injected into you in order to develop immunity, they just roll with disease and hope it makes them stronger or die trying.

Plague is all about surviving and adapting. I doubt they'd support anti-vaxx. They wouldn't let any anti-vaxx dragon in. Actually, scratch that. I bet they would, after betting said dragon 1 million treasure they couldn't last one day in their territory. Plague would be so rich.
