I wanted to ask you guys what are your thoughts on lore, do you write any, if so what do you write about and do you follow canon or not, do you just take some things from canon and leave the rest

I mostly follow canon. Except I have a guardian/fae pair, we don't talk about their sizes

I follow canon strictly, if there's some canon-breaking thing on my lore it's mostly worked around it with a plausible explanation

I follow canon for the most part, but tend to pick and choose what I like and don't like. World Map is absolute, but tundra memories work just fine.

[center]I take a very Barbossa view on lore:

I do whatever I want! Muahaha! I like some of the lore though! Like the idea that Plags have a strong cultural attraction to strength and survivability! Militarism kinda runs in their blood a bit!
i don't have a lot of lore but it's getting there slowly but surely. i haven't quite broken canon lore yet but i don't mention it a ton in my lore. most of my dragons' lore is focused on their individual story and development
I'm slowly working out my lore I just expanded it a ton by switching to Light, oh gosh. I mostly ignore canon lore, but I tend not to purposefully break it. Some of it can be very useful for certain storylines, but other times it can be a hindrance. In those situations, I happily throw it out the window.

I have a few dragon roles and backstory things worked out, but other than that, I really need to do more work on my lore lol
I mostly stick with canon, but I won't hold back from making stuff up

I'm planning out my lore at the moment, but I intend to stay close to canon lore with a few exceptions. The main exception is that my lair is full of imperials, all of whom lair together despite the idea that imperials don't tend to do that for fear of creating an emperor. I have explanations for that, though, so I'm not worried.
