i finally thought i sniped some good gaoler genes but it turns out?? nobody wants them anymore??

Aw it's probably just that the hype has died down a little bit now. I'm sure you'll be able to sell them soonish. Seems like the ones still really wanted are the coli ones that are really hard to find, and the Baldwins are also p expensive since it requires so much time @.@

Maybe try selling them for gems then resell a gem item and you should just about break even?

First rule of sniping: If you want to make the BIG money, snipe them on the first day and list them on the AH and watch the auctions constantly (because everyone be undercutting.)

If you can't on the first day, you should wait and watch the market to see if they hold their value. Depending on the demand, the AH prices may stabilize later a little above mp value or they may not.

Personally, I wouldn't recommend sniping new items unless you're a really good sniper with the fastest internet available and you have the time to constantly watch your auctions to sell them on the first day. If you can't do all that then its not worth it.

The apparel market is better for sniping if you want to make consistent money. You won't make a lot at once but if you snipe and sell a lot of items at once, it adds up. You should be able to sell the genes for near what you paid for them though.

yeah mosaic and breakup are already selling for less than their MP price on the AH

same here, every time i try really hard to get new stuff early to breed or sell, i never seem to be able to do it in time. I spent so much on a star/const pair when const first came out and lost so much money :(

friendship ended with (every tertiary gene), blossom is now my new friend.
