TOPIC | How do y'all feel about reselling?

As in, reselling cheap dragons for big money, i.e. 20g fodder g1 for 200g. I've heard it's a pretty controversial topic, some people hate it, some people don't care, and then there's obviously the people who do it. I hear a lot of people complain about it off site, and you see the occasional rant on here as well. Where do you sit on this?

Personally, I couldn't care less. If I mispriced my dragon and someone can sell it for a higher amount, then go for it. That's my bad. I tried reselling when I was newer and didn't have much luck. I tend to have a lot more luck with my own personal hatches. I think I just have weird tastes lol.

*shrug* don’t care. They bought it, they can do what they want with it, just as long as it isn’t harassing anyone

I don't really care either. It's theirs now and they can do what they please with it.

Dragon Sales
it seems like a normal thing to do, i don't know why it would be controversial? [emoji=coatl confused size=1] beyond fodder, most dragons seem to really be only worth what someone is willing to pay.

In my opinion? That's just how economics stonks work. I personally do this all the time with items, only occasionally dragons (though I hold onto them for a while if I feel the seller might've mislisted for the wrong price.) Once you sell a dragon it's no longer yours, it's polite to not exalt when they say not to but I don't see the harm in reselling.

Seems pretty normal. It's not like the seller loses anything compared to if someone bought it as fodder, and maybe at least someone'll end up buying a G1 they like?

I always feel weird about doing it myself, but as for someone else doing it? Dont really care. Its their dragon now, after all.

The only time I would care is if I gave them the dragon for free and they used it to immediately make a profit. Not against any rules or anything, and I'm not gonna hunt them down, but feels rude.

That being said, I accept it as an option when giving dragons away for free.

If someone puts it up, they picked a price they were comfortable getting. If they discover that they could have gotten more, then they've learned something new, and hopefully they'll be able to use that knowledge to get more themselves next time.

I do feel that's different from putting in the effort to sucker someone out of a price-y dragon you (general you, not you-you) want cause they don't know any better, though. One is pouncing on an existing circumstance; the other is actively creating one to pounce on. Only one of those involves lying.

If someone buys a derg I'm selling and then relists it for a higher price, they think it has the value. I don't care, they're out of my lair
