Veined is just so perfect for Plague. I choose to believe that it's consolation for not giving us a proper Plague venue yet.

:D It seems more like an earth gene to us since it looks inspired by rocks and it's Rockbreaker month.

Month means nothing. Devs released Redrock Cove and Thunderhead Savanna during/immediately after RoR two years in a row. Bitter? Not at all! [emoji=mirror laughing size=1]

Yup yup sometimes releases are just releases. Maybe a clearly rock-themed gene released in the month of the rock-themed festival is a coincidence :D
Or maybe it's clearly plague-themed to wrap up the plague festival. It's up to you how bitter you want to be :D
