I know that my hiatuses aren't THAT long, but due to school and moving, I haven't really had the time to play FR.
Came back yesterday and I have no clue on how to get back onto here like I used to. Like, it feels like everything's changed so much and I have no clue why!
So as the title says, any tips or things I could do to get back onto FR and start playing again?

Flip through various posts until you see a dragon you like, then challenge yourself to create it. Ditto for outfits. Decide to collect all of a set of festival skins.
Oh, or one of my favourites: go to the scrying workshop and refresh until you see something you like. Try to make it.

Hello and Welcome back! I take frequent hiatus so I know how you feel. I came back a couple of days ago so I was really out of the loop lol.
I recommend participating in the forums and doing the little daily activities. It can take a while to really get back into the groove of things, so I recommend taking it slow. Throwing yourself into it full force can tire you out really quickly(at least for me). Just go with the flow and let yourself sink into it again <33

I usually start out by previewing all the new genes on my dragons and looking at a few Dragon Share or Guide threads about the new genes to see what looks pretty and what breeding projects I might want to start... Maybe buying new familiars and apparel, and looking at which Coliseum venues are new and trying them out. And of course breeding some dragons.
Money-making tip: if you've been gone for a while, there may be stuff in your hoard that used to be worthless but now is needed for the newest Baldwin/Swipp/Den ingredients.
Coming back is always a good opportunity to check which of my current dragons and projects I still like and which I could sell.

Welcome back! I'd suggest perhaps going through some newer genes maybe update some dragons or play around in the Scrying workshop until you find something cool that you want to have. Could also do what the person above me suggested and try to do something that would be the opposite of your usual playing style if you remember what that was to freshen your experience up and explore other sides of the site and what it has to offer.

my favorite thing to do when i'm starting to fall out of the swing of things is make outfits for all my naked dragons. or, i'll spend some time in coli or come up with a new gene project
