there are literally no [item=bluffclamber belongings] anywhere???? i didn't even know they existed until i went onto the encyclopedia and there's only like. 5 listings on the AH for dirt cheap, are they just ridiculously unpopular or smth?

A lot of Earths fest apparel hasn't been that popular or well liked.

I'm hoping this year goes for the crystal aesthetic again and less the brown-toned 'theoretically practical dragonstuff but too big and dragon-covering to be that useful' that 2015-17 suffered from.

on a more serious note, i quite like the earth apparel, but i don't really use it because they're very specific, like the bluffclamber belongings. they'd look good with the arctic gear, probably, but i have no need for everest expedition dragons, so i won't be using them for now.
i don't have any dragons with the ice-trolabe either even though i love it. the ice-trolabe is such a good pun, i just wish it was a little less... frozen.... so you could see the astrolabe better.

I actually bought a spare bluffclamber for a fandragon who needed the hat lol. And I think my Earth rep is cute in it. But personally I can't see the majority of my dragons here in the hot jungle Labyrinth needing anything for chilly mountain expeditions...

honestly all apparel can be used somehow to make something really nice, it's a shame more people don't take advantage of the amazing combinations you can create! personally, i really like the bluffclamber belongings.

that specific earth item doesnt match.. any other earth item, for one thing, and doesnt really fit the vibe or tone of any other fest item. as for regular items, it sort of only matches the arctic gear as mentioned above. I have not been able to find a use for this apparel even when I could for other earth outfits. It's really not a great item imo. Needs more originality and earth/stones to be my taste.
