Fire eyes are hugely underrated, I LOVE the bright oranges and honestly work with most dragons with either contrast or matchiness
lightning and ice are cool too, but earth and fire have won me over

Earth Rare/Unusual are pretty cool eyes honestly, but I really like light/pastel eyes in general.

If we're picking an overall color, I love Fire and Light eyes. But for specific colors, Earth Rare nearly-black eyes and Light Unusual nearly-white ones are fantastic, and dark red Plague Unusual is pretty cool too!
I also love all Faceted eyes a lot.
