I haven't read any of the lore pertaining to dragon's breath but if it's based on elements then
Arcane: breathe pure magic
Earth: spit rocks
Fire: breathe fire
Ice: breathe icy wind
Light: throat = floodlight
Lightning: breathe/spit lightning bolts
Nature: spit petals and leaves as Maivi suggested
Plague: breathe airborne fungi
Shadow: drool vantablack
Water: ULTIMATE drool
Wind: just breathe very strong

I think according to lore only dragons aligned with the Fire element can breathe fire. But I like to imagine that dragons of other flights must have their own version in some way. Who's to say Light dragons don't drool some sort of liquefied pure essence of light? It'd look pretty funny, honestly. Maybe they possess a natural bioluminescence! Or Nature dragons with a natural ability to control the growth of their surrounding flora? Ice dragons that all have frost breath? Water dragons all with gills or maybe perhaps a weak hydrokinesis?
A whole lot of possibilities!

Each dragon has their own elemental breath attack, with Fire element dragons the only ones that can breathe fire.
