The best you can do is search the items for sale forum to see what the prices were during the last NotNs and later on in the year and look at how they changed. Then just guess.
Prices fell pretty heavily this time around as each year more and more scrolls are added to the site so they won't be as expensive as the same time last year.
Best anyone can do is more expensive than they were during NotN but probably still fairly cheap.

I saw them around 230g+ at one point, but I can't say how quickly they'll get there or if they'll get there at all this time around.
