post here all of the dumb/silly stuff you did when you first joined flight rising, here are some of mine to name a few:
- you know how when you mouse over a battle stone in the coliseum and it shows the price and stuff? i thought that you had to pay to use each attack so i basically just avoided the coliseum for like my first 2 months
- i didn't know that gene scrolls existed, so when saw all the other breeds and genes i thought that the starter breeds and genes were different for each flight and i was sad that i joined arcane because I thought that maybe I could have gotten a skydancer starter (which breed I really liked at the time) if I had joined a different flight
- i sold all my stuff for really cheap on the auction house without checking how much other people were selling them for. never really knew why my hardshells were selling so quickly
yes, i was pretty stupid. :/
and if you happen to be new, well... you can learn from our mistakes

I exalted 2/3 of my progens’ first nest, when the kids honestly didn’t look that bad (they were triple basic and at the time I didn’t feel like gening them as I considered it a lost cause).
I still make newbie mistakes :/ I’ve been on for ~6 or so months but I still barely know how everything works. A little sad, actually. But most of my newbie mistakes involved dragons.

Bred my progens. The kids were ugly, so I exalted them Unnamed. Even today when I'm well-acquainted with the Scrying Workshop only one kid could have been only half-decent. After that I have leveled and stoned my progens as grinders, so when I got sick of them and their messy offspring list, I had to level new grinders to exalt them. Still wish there would be some way to reverse it or get different progens, but alas.

Well, lets see:
- Exalted my first gen1 ever who was also A DOUBLE
- Screwed up my entire coli team's battle point things by making them too rounded and discovered how expensive tinctures are
- Spelled Sornieth wrong a lot (aka the worst sin)

- Exalted an unnamed dragon which now forever shows up on my favorite dragon's offspring list.

I named dragons I was about to exalt EXALTED because I thought that was a thing.
I actually managed to not do a bunch of dumb things in my early days, but my coli team was a spongy mess because I liked hit points more than I liked anything else, and I didn't bother getting dragons with decent terts because I thought I was never going to be able to afford terts anyway.

- used a tank build with my custom progen in the coli
btw, I'm curious! I'm seeing a lot of 'breeding my progens' popping up. I'm guilty of it myself, but perhaps it's just a common newbie thing instead of a dumb thing? Or the site's way of introducing breeding to new players?
