Are there any less popular genes that you just really love?
I adore crackle. It appears to be one of the less popular ones, but it is one of my absolute favorite genes. I love the way it looks so much. On the right dragon it is perfect, and I think it can look good on most dragons.

Firefly. It works so well with yellow and orange terts, or with bright or white range terts as well. I also love the little freckles it adds to Pearlcatcher noses.

despite what some people think about it, i really love scales! it can look good as a kind of carapace or skull, being more 3D than ghost.

I also quite like Crackle, and have several dragons I gave Crackle scrolls to. I love the colors that are slightly two-toned with it such as Grapefruit, Cantaloupe, Rose, etc.. Copper Crackle is really neat too, it's just more difficult to find colors that go with it.

OOo, capsule. Capsule is my other favorite tertiary besides crackle. I thought capsule was popular? But capsule is amazing.

I like smirch too. It is hard to make it work, at least for me, but on the right dragon it looks really good.

Vipera and Hypnotic, for starters. My favorite lad has both, and he's the only Wildclaw I've ever liked enough to keep. As for terts, Thylacine can easily look better than others, especially in dark colors.
A few others that I like would be Crackle, Iridescent, Pie/Paint, and Speck/Freck. (Is Tiger unpopular? If so, that too.) I've also been warming up to the idea of getting a perma with Gembond.
