:D Seems like they'd be a bit pointless. Scatterscrolls and vials are useful because you can't change colours or most eye types. But you can just buy gene/breed scrolls.
So the price would have to be higher than all scrolls or it'd be a way to get gem/expensive genes for cheap. Then you'd just be paying loads for no reason.
If you want to pick random genes and breeds for your dragons you could put them all in a list randomiser or go to the scrying workshop and use the first scry that shows up.

I don't see why that couldn't be fun. It reminds me of the Lab Ray back on Neopets. Maybe if it could be narrowed down to like...
Like, obviously it might be hard because we don't have a HUGE pool of dragons of each level of rarity to choose from, but in the future if there are a lot MORE then you could have a Scatter Potion of Common Gene/Scatter Potion of Uncommon Gene/Scatter Potion of Plentiful Breeds/Scatter Potion of Ancient Breeds/etc.
Some people really like the surprise.
