I have a Domin and a Dominic and I realized way too late, but I don't feel any other names are fitting for them either so I just try and live with it.

oof I try to avoid having two dragons with the same/overly similar names, it'd just bug me to no end if I did LOL
The only exceptions are the Unknowables, but they're dragons who were 'saved' from exaltation and will end up as a Faction in my lore eventually. And also any themed pairs like GraphiteXGraphene or CarbonXCharcoal, etc. With so many dragons though I wouldn't be surprised if I come across a duplicate name at some point
