It's important to check prices before doing any AH selling! I once almost hoardsold a river muck while they were going for 200 gems on the AH because of the Slime/Sludge release!

oh god the river mucks... I straight up transmuted maybe 5 or 6 of them like a week before slime/sludge released. The pain was infinite.

Wow eggs usually only sell that cheap around notn, once noc eggs stop flooding the market they go back up to ~200g/kt, but it's important to watch market fluctuations. Even a mildly more popular hatch days like a holiday or cosmic event (like a eclipse or super moon) can have more people want to hatch an egg on impulse, which drives up demand and prices, but also lead to a slight dip the following days.
