As I look through people's lairs and admire their dragons, I start to realize that only three of my dragons are wearing any apparel at all, and all of that apparel was purchased and put on them today! It's just all so expensive! ^^'
Does anybody else not wear apparel for any reason, or am I just an odd one out?

i wouldn't say apparel's too horribly hard to get usually- as a hint, you can find lots of pieces cheaper on the auction house than you'd find 'em in the marketplace.
i also tend to plan an outfit for my dragons before i start, so i know just what i want
then again, some dragons i find hard to dress- and there's nothing wrong with that! it's all down to your personal tastes, after all!

I have 34 pages. It took 3 years to obtain that with a tryhard “I want everything” attitude. It won’t be quick.
Tbh until I did amass so much of it I never used it. I don’t plan outfits. I have an idea like “he’s a warrior” and slap stuff on that matches the other items and the themes. I’ve made nice outfits doing that... but also crap ones.

I see a lot of dragons with tons of layers on, and as pretty as elaborate outfits can be, I prefer more minimalist outfits. I buy dragons because I like the way their genes look, so I put on gloves or shoes, a bow, maybe a top but no pants/skirt. Just enough to look nice and give them some personality.
I also spend a lot of money on dragons/genes so I can't really afford a ton of clothes and every time I dress a dragon I end up buying 2 more that are naked lol.

While I have many pieces of apparel, and love to dress my dregs, there's nothing wrong with not dressing them up!
If you're worried about prices and such, buy little bits at a time (: I have 16 pages worth, but that's just because I tend to hoard apparel xD
But, if you don't wanna dress them up, that's 100% ok! There's plenty of gorgeous dragons with no apparel out there (:
