TOPIC | Do you prefer to buy Unnamed or Named?

Trying to sell my dragons a little quicker than they have been, and I'm not sure what most folks would prefer. Do you prefer to buy a dragon that has not been named, or one that has a name? Maybe you buy a dragon based on the name it has? I'm very curious to know!

I personally don't mind either way, if I really don't like a name, I just buy a Scroll of Renaming. Usually I also name every dragon I hatch. I really don't like seeing Unnamed in Offspring lists, and since usually dragons I sell are used as exalt fodder, they never get named. Though if it's more likely to sell an unnamed dragon than a named one, I may suck it up and leave them unnamed. Please let me know what you prefer!

as a fodder buyer, I love when they're prenamed. for pricier dragons, I slightly prefer unnamed since it keeps them out of my coli list until I settle on the perfect name, but it's not a big deal since as you say renaming scrolls are cheap

I prefer unnamed personally, but that's cause I have a themed lair. However so do many people. It probably depends on if they're bought as fodder or not in the end? I hear people prefer named fodder because they can be used in the coli then

For fodder, named is nice. I prefer to buy unnamed if it's a dragon I want to keep, but if a dragon is named it certainly won't stop me from buying it. Rename scrolls are so cheap it's a non-issue, named or not.

For fodder, I prefer buying named (mostly I always worry I'm going to upset someone if I name their kid 'Sandwich' because I can't think of another word during the five-second span I'm willing to spend on each fodder name), but for permas, I prefer unnamed. 6kt's chump change, though, and I understand why people name their hatchlings before selling, so I don't begrudge anyone a named dragon.

I'll sometimes buy fodder solely based on the name if it amuses me/is a reference to a property I like.

For fodder, I don't care as long as it's cheap. ^_^

For permas I don't care either because I'm probably gonna renaming them no matter what.

No preference because I always rename my dragons.

I can always rename dragons. I kind of prefer buying named because I have so many dragons. It's getting hard to come up with names myself. Getting names that someone else has come up with makes me happy because often it's not something I would have thought of otherwise.

I like when they're named for fodder but I prefer unnamed if I'm looking to own the dragon. idk it probably doesn't make that much of a difference either way since dragons can be renamed so long as you've got a scroll!

For fodder, I don't think many people care whatsoever. I think people are usually more keen to buy unnamed dragons but it once again depends on the person, I prefer them unnamed because I don't want them to ruin my naming aesthetic if I don't currently have an available name for them. Also, it's just a little bit cheaper but I don't mind that. If I like a dragon, I will buy them regardless.
