I’ve been on this website for almost 5 years now. I was completely addicted for the first year after i joined but now i come back and play for like a week once every few months. This website is super nostalgic to me and i’d love to get on daily but i cant ever get hooked on it. What keeps you guys coming back? anything in particular?

The only thing that keeps me going is a project. My current goal: A full rainbow collection; a breeding pair of every XXX in skydancer starcon. Once I have those ... then I have no idea.
Maybe I'll hunt down sprites?

sunk-cost fallacy. Literally the only reason I'm still here despite a mostly terrible community (with some amazing and wonderfully bright people) and some of the direction the game itself has taken is the amount of time I've spent working on my lair and the amount of effort I've put into my dragons.
I was on hiatus but for dailies for a year, notn got me invigorated, but I was losing interest again until april fools.
But for daily incentives, earning money for the seven "obtainable" familiars I have left is like my primary reason I'm still here now.
