The Driftwood Gem tastes like berries that might be poisonous or might not be, the thorns might hurt the inside of your mouth though.
The Everbloom Gem tastes like honey or nectar but it's mild and reminds me of lettuce.
I don't know what the Frigid Gem would taste like but I think it's a bit like eating ice.
