As far as we know yes. Though I can't imagine it will be anymore than 1000g for a scroll. Since we can't dress them

@tombstones If you wait two months or more after their release, then their hatchlings might be sold cheaply on the Auction House. That's my plan for acquiring them, anyway.

Considering it's a gem breed, I wouldn't think so.
I think that we have gotten the past two with free versions was just a fluke, one being the Anniversary and the other relating with how they came back into the world.

Since it's an ancient, I don't think we'll have anything over 1000g, since we can't dress it.
I've never been big on ancients, because of how much it costs for me to put a UMA on there and make it look like they wearing clothes.

My guess is that they'll cost 2000g like coatl and wildclaw scrolls.
If you look at the ancients we have, bane and gaoler breed changes both cost 275kt. Compare that to other breeds of the same rarity: pearlcatchers and ridgebacks are 250kt, snappers and spirals are 325kt.

I highly doubt they'll be 2000g. They're lesser than modern breeds since 1) they can't be dressed and 2) they can only breed within their own species. Since gem genes for ancient breeds are halved cost-wise from their modern breed counterparts, it's reasonable to assume that the scroll will do the same.
