I got this snapper from the AH and it looked like it came with some lore. I already had plans and stuff for him but I don't wanna delete the lore because it looks planned out. Should I save it somewhere else or just delete it?

I'd save it somewhere, because if it's that Snapper I've looked at,it looks like someone has did pretty much work on it.
sometimes people have lore planned out then sell their dragons because they don't need them in their lore anymore
so if you bought it, they probably didn't need it
If it isnt the lore you want feel free to delete it, it's your dragon now

It's 100% up to you, he's your dragon now and so you can do what you want.
I personally would delete lore off a bought dragon if A) I don't like it and B) have something completely different planned. Whoever sold the dragon would have likely copied the lore to a different dragon if they wanted to keep it, otherwise selling the dragon would mean they didn't care for the dragon and lore anymore.

I would save the lore personally, but it is your dragon to do as you please with now. If you want to delete the lore, go for it. If you want to keep it and build something else off his character, that's fine too.

Good characters are like geodes: To see their true beauty, you must break them. -Let me write you a poem, maybe?- |

you are all fantastic, if you see this have a very lovely day |
If you know who wrote the lore, you can send it to them via pm before deleting it - but chances are, they already have it saved somewhere else. You paid for the dragon and everything that comes with it - even if you weren't aware that it came with lore.
Tbh, I'd just delete it if I didn't like it / didn't fit what I had in plan

Just delete it. They sold the dragon. If they didn’t want the lore to get deleted, they shouldn’t have sold the dragon.
If you don't ever plan to use it there's no point keeping it. The previous owner sold the dragon so it's safe to assume they're ok with the lore being changed or deleted.

As a seller of dragon with lore I've spent time writing, can confirm that this is a thing that happens. I'm curious what happens with the lore next, but I'm comfortable with the idea that it's likely to be deleted.
