The forums are no more. Every thread is locked and you cant make new ones. All you can do to socialize is send PMs and make profile comments. The discords are dead too, don't try to evade my question. >:^(
I personally spend more time on the forums or FR themed discords than doing anything else on this site. Socializing this way has helped me stay interested and I can safely assume I would have quit long time ago if it wasn't for that.

Yes. The forums are kind of a dumpster fire sometimes, to be quite honest. I don't spend a ton of time in them anyway, so I don't think it would significantly affect me.

didn't touch the forums the first couple months i was here, but once i did, i was hooked on this site. without the forums, i don't think i'd still be here, let alone as active as i currently am with the hours under my belt that i have.
and while i agree with lasciel to a degree, my experience with the forums has primarily been positive. i've met some really cool people, seen some really cool things, played some really fun games, and listened to and been involved in some really cool conversations. really depends on what forums you're visiting i guess.
without the forums i would very much be missing a lot of what i love about this site and the community it has!

There is actually one very active Flights Rising server i'm in! They do raffles, giveaways, and there all super nice!

We'd probably still hang around the coli while watching TV but we'd be a lot less active than we are. FR would get pretty boring for us as a single player game :D
The forums can be a bit negative sometimes but overall the community is cool and a lot of the fun of having a lair you like is being able to show it off to others :D

i'd have a hard time playing if the forums/discord servers didn't exist, i think - so much of my experience on FR has been shaped by the interactions i've had with others and the things i've done for/with the community, so it's hard to imagine it in any other way! i'd probably have a hard time playing FR without the community aspect, lol

I guess it'd depend if FR Tumblr was still active?
I'd still be playing no matter what, but without anyone else I might not really make content for it or have lore that's as in depth as I have now.

Yes. I used to play the game without any forum interaction back then. However, I spend a lot of time in the forums now. It probably would reduce an activity at some level without the forums.
