I only ever used my matriach as avatar. But she is a wildclaw and there is a lot of white in her avatar photo.
Trying to see if I can get used to another avatar but none of my other dragons hold the same place in my heart as she does..
And so far only female snappers and male spirals dont have white in them ..
Do you guys chose avatar after which fit or after which dragon you like best?
Trying snapper avatar but prolly switch back to my wc tomorrow

I LEFT FR AND GIVEN AWAY MY STUFF.
I've found that female imperials make pretty good avatars because their wing fills a lot of white space. If they have sylvan wings like my current avatar there's even less. I rotate my avatars often but almost always use one of my imps since they match the vistas I own and look good.

I change it based on dom activities/fests and whatever aesthetics I'm feeling at the time. Right now I'm vaguely wind themed since I'm rooting for them.

Usually I choose one of my favorites to be my avatar, I like to use one of the halos for my avatar dragons to fill up that empty space behind them a little.

Mine's been my custom progen for literally forever. I changed her for like, an hour a few years ago but it felt so uncomfy that i put her back xD Thankfully, female guardians have almost no white in their avatar image :D

I usually choose the dragon I like best at the time. I have tried some other dragons lately that I like a lot as well, because I need a little change every now and then, but now I am back to
Nechist, who has been my avatar dragon for months before I kept changing it more regularly. He fills the space quite nicely.

There are few really red vista sadly...the goblet one is the closes but still not an exact match..
I love my matriach but hate the white.. and I personally dont want to use haloes..
