Do the overcoats in the new Court Apparel sets have hoods or not? I'm not sure.
On certain breeds, what looks to be a hood could just be baggy fabric:

I think they do, the angle on some of them is rather weird.

But my biggest question it what is up with the tail/hair thing of the waist wrap?!

But the real question is how do hoodies work on long neck dragons like imperials? Do they just have a long chunk of fabric flopping around when they move/fly? Do they button it down? How do their short arms put it over their heads? How do they get it around their antlers/horns (if it’s holes) or button it around them (if it’s buttons)?
I know the answer is “don’t think about it just dress dragons in pretty clothes” but

the rogue hoods don’t appear to be built to be taken off/worn down the back, and wearing them would be much easier (shimmy hood forward, buckle the neck part) But these are attached to a shirt-like garment, which would make that strategy next to impossible since you can’t shimmy it forward as easily, if at all, without the whole thing sliding up over your face
