I'm currently in the process of trying to reorganise my lair by lore using a faction system and a council where one member represents each of the factions. I think i want to have 5 factions (since it makes more sense to have an odd number in the council imho) but i'm kind of undecided what should two of the factions be. Currently i have scholars, fighters, gatherers and i guess workers? I'm not sure yet - i know for sure i want to have a faction for dragons who are blacksmiths, healers, florists, inkeeps or messengers and so on, but could i possibly somehow logically split it into two? If not, what could the last faction be?

If your lair is organised by lore, how did you organise it? And if it isn't, what kind of organisation system are you using? Do you have any advice you could give me to help me with my struggle? :D (don't worry if you don't, feel free to just share how your lair is laid out!)

A tab is one act of my lore, since that's how my lore is organized. The next act is just there for me to store the dragons, but their stories haven't happened yet (because im still in act 1). I keep every dragon from the same Act in one tab, and they all fit in 1 page, organized the same way they were before the lair update.

My hibernal den will be for storing dragons that used to be in previous acts of lore, but left the clan for their own reasons. It's also for fodder storage!

Its split into factions that represent personality. Vail are rich aristocrats and like finer things of life. Crow are the honorable ones loyal to the original leader. Thieves guild are the loyal to their kind type, that skirt the law and use back channels. embora favor strength and mental acuity. Fingers, live more wild on the outskirts of the clan.

Each sect has all the roles such as warriors, cooks, traders and more. The factions represent more of a belief system, and who in the clan is strong enough to inspire followers. Even though there are diffrent factions only one rules the clan at the time and the rest send leaders or representatives to be on the council to represent thier intrest.

Each tab is one group of dragons, a lot of the time these groups have a similar color scheme, but not always. Those groups that are connected I try to keep together and label their location and association.

I have my dragons organised in their respective tabs and each of them are organised by special order, colour, ID number and so on.

I try not to put any of the same poses next to each other, and also try to prevent clumping of similar dragons. Active disorganization, I guess?

Thats a very interesting way of grouping them, but very cool! It's nice to see some kind of a coherent storyline going on, i just work with one storyline myself :D

Nice idea! I myself prefer grouping them by their jobs, but i like what you have going on as well! Especially the part where only one faction is in charge at a time? cool!

That seem nice and looks really neat :D My tabs tend to look like a hot mess with all different colours :D

Can i ask what are the tabs? I can't read those letters/signs (you don't have to list them all or at all, i'm just curious)

That seems practical when you want to look in your lair and quickly want to find someone specific i guess? They will stand out for sure :D

I organize my dragons alphabetically. I do it because it makes it easier to find specific dragons. The very last dragon in my lair is not listed alphabetically because I use it as a tool and not as a part of my lore.
