As far as I know they're kinda like apparel, you can buy some from the marketplace for treasure or gems, you can craft them with baldwin, trade with swipp for them, etc.

@wastelands yeah pepper6 was right! so far there are a few in the specialty shop, and a swipp one, and couple of baldwin ones to brew! they're also being released as one of the items every holiday. and i'm sure there will be new ones coming pretty soon in the shops/baldwin/swipp as well!! :)
