...would you still be as in to them as you are now? Would you still collect them and their scrolls in bulk or do you think they would lose value/interest if they were no longer a gem breed?

I have very few Wildclaw, so my liking of them would generally stay the same. I wouldn't call myself a collector as I've only bought one scroll in total. I will say that aside from two of my 'claws, accents have influenced whether I own more or not. They'd still be good accent templates as their art would remain unchanged, but if popularity dipped maybe people wouldn't make as many skins for them.

I’m curious about this too! How much of their popularity can actually be attributed to them being rare, verses how much is because people just like the way they look?

I mean everything is artificially jacked up in price/love by rarity so of course it’d loose value to most, but there will always be those who obsess over them (and i dont blame them)

Tbh wildclaws arent my favourite even as a rarer breed (Dont hate them though), i actually prefer guardians and mirrors! At this point just about every current breed could be considered common anyway so its hard for me to say.

I'd be even more into 'em, because I'd be able to afford to scroll my own on a regular basis! [emoji=ridgeback laughing size=1] Being able to scroll without worrying about budgeting for my gene projects would make the breeding project for one of my dream dragons so much simpler.

They'd probably lose some value, sure, but I just love 'em personally so I'd be delighted to have their scrolls more easily available. If anything, I'd have more Wildclaws.

i wouldn't care either ways. coatls, on the other hand... ohh. the amount of projects i'd be able to do. the very concept of buying a dragon to breedchange into a coatl...

I think it would lose a lot of its allure, given that WCs and Imps are both some of the more popular and are both some of the hardest dragons to get. I think I would like them less. If people aren't dressing them the way they are dressing them now and making the same accents and skincents, I wouldn't be as drawn to them.

Will I still enjoy them as a dragon breed? Heck yeah.
Will I still enjoy them perhaps more of an achievement in the terms of a G1? Not as much.

Yes, I would turn more of my dragons into raptors if they were common rarity, I checking love these lizards so much.
(the 2nd top breed is Banescales and many of my "to be raptors" got scried as spiky chickens when the breed was released because I love them almost as much and it wouldn't kill my wallet as fast/hard but man I wish it was the other way around lol)

I don't think about the breed when it comes to buying value for myself but it is likely they'd be a bit cheaper in general as many people have them because they're "rare & hard to get".
