Have you guys ever really, really wanted to make a fandragon of something but you just can't find any apparel that could correctly convey the character? For example I really want to do a fandragon of Maiden Astrea and Garl Viland from Demon's Souls but I just can't find anything that would really go with the outfits they wear.

Any of you have sad fandragon idea stories?

I still haven't been able to buy the accent for my Parrothead dragon. (I'm already on the pinglist for it, so... Not much else to do besides wait.)

i've been tweaking and re-tweaking an outfit for my friend's oc dragon for at least a month. no head apparel looks right but her head looks too bare if i leave it be. hmmmmmm

in cases like this, though, i usually go for an aesthetic or Vibe close to the character, or colour-matching the outfit

nothing quite looks like a tape recorder, or loose papers, so unfortunately my Jonathan dragon will stay somewhat incomplete

I have one I just can't afford a specific hat for. Ma Dai will have to be hatless for now.

Are there any dark red capes that look good on purple dragons? Asking for a friend.
Lies, I'm preparing a new Fandragon-

honestly with all my fandragons i just do the best i can do, lotta approximations and "close enough" in my book lol. so long as it evokes the character i think that's what matters!

There are so many different OC designs of mine, and several fandragons that I need to make as accurate as possible, but with the current apparel choice it is impossible, so I just make custom accents and skincents.
