this is a question for people that use a font / color / any other bbc thing to spice up their regular forum posts: why do it? does it ever get tedious?
I've been thinking about trying it out myself but I'm not sure it's something I'm even gonna be able to stick with, so I'd love to know why other people do it!

I just think its neat. Also helps you stand out from the crowd a bit when people are scrolling replies. Sometimes it does get tedious when i'm on mobile, but otherwise it's not too hard to add a font tag at the beginning of the post.

I think people probably have most of the baselines saved in a word document, quickly copy paste the code in the forum post and adjust accordingly!
So it isn't as bad as it seems.

I don't cause I find it hard to read when it's in a different or smaller font

it doesn't really get tedious for me, no.
i do it because the normal font is really ugly imo and it makes what i post stand out
sometimes i'll do [code][code=523a00][/code][center][font=courier new] and top of the normal [code][center][font=courier new][/code][center][font=courier new] but i don't do that too often

edit: i manually type mine. i type at about ~130 WPM so it would just take me longer to go find a word doc. and ctrl c ctrl v the coding. it's relatively short for the most part.

For Start of a thread shop. We need things to spice it up abit to attract customers, But for those who using it on a daily regular post. I would love to see what’s behind the dedication. Yes the fr team may have it auto, maybe it’s related? Just trying to jump out of the crowd?

It's nice, but unfortunately, the font I use is one I downloaded so most if not all people don't see the font I use, Generally, I do it for my own personal aesthetic

I used to until I realized my posts were either obnoxiously large for those on mobile, or too small to read if I didn't use size modifiers. It was fun and pretty and made it easy to find my own posts again if I needed to.

Nobody wants to tell you why discipline is so important. Discipline is the strongest form of self-love. It is ignoring current pleasures for bigger rewards to come. It's loving yourself enough to give yourself everything you've ever wanted.
I try to use my "font" when doing things related to my Hatchery for brand purposes. Other than that, normal font works fine.
I use a little google sheet to format my comments quickly.
