Lets say you could design a new breed for FR, first of all congrats! But well, what design idea(s) do you have in mind?
Honestly I am just genuinely curious what designs some people can come up with aha, and thinking about the idea I came up with some design of sorts myself!
I thought Fae dragons were a bit lonely being the only very small dragon, so hey maybe another small dragon friend may help! A little aquatic water fella with antenna!!
So here is a design I made really fast~

I would love a Kirin breed with hooves. It could be Light's ancient.

I once had an idea for a breed for every element. I've since forgotten what most of them were, but here are a few that stuck with me:
A Wind breed with elaborate bony crests on top of their heads. These crests are crown-like in shape, consisting of many tubular horns that are designed to catch the wind and produce a musical whistling noise. As these dragons grow they become adept at manipulating the angle and speed that the wind enters their crests and by adulthood they are capable of communicating entirely through the range of sounds they can make. Huge clans of them can create quite the cacophony, much to the amazement or annoyance of other breeds.
A Lightning breed based off of kangaroo rats and burrowing owls. These tiny dragons are quick as a flash. Created by Stormcatcher to compliment the massive ridgebacks, they are the ones that busy themselves with the finer, more delicate parts of the machinery in the Shifting Expanse that their much larger cousins simply can't manipulate themselves due to their size and their enormous claws. Families of these dragons tend to stick together and often adopt a ridgeback as a surrogate brother/sister. This ridgeback provides them with protection, shelter, and often transportation, and in return the little burrowers pitch in with fishing endeavors despite not eating fish themselves.
An Arcane ancient breed that is so in-tune with the ambient magic of Sornieth that they use it to manipulate their own bodies to best suit their environment. As a wingless breed these dragons may seem at a disadvantage to other breeds, but in reality this 'setback' has taught them to adapt. Through their deep connection to the arcane these dragons made their own wings fashioned out of magic. The result is a dragon with a very obviously corporeal body and a pair of translucent, wispy, ethereal wings. Many dragons find the display off-putting, but these ancients find their false wings delightful. They have even been known to work patterns into the wings and pass those patterns on to offspring in an imitation of most other breeds' wing genes.
