Shouldn't Swipp, Pipp, and Tripp not speak emotions? The wiki and everything say Faes don't normally speak in emotions. Though it would be really boring if they said just "Here is (item). You can trade it for (items)."

Shouldn't Swipp, Pipp, and Tripp not speak emotions? The wiki and everything say Faes don't normally speak in emotions. Though it would be really boring if they said just "Here is (item). You can trade it for (items)."
I think you mean, their voices are supposed to lack intonation and their faces are meant to be blank.
I think there was a post explaining that they have monotone voices but use their crests to 'accent' and express emotions.
So tripp is definitely sassing you, just with her body language.

their voices lack intonation, that doen't mean they aren't saying things with gusto! that being said, the lore for fae states their faces don't show emotion either. i have a headcanon that wind born fae are much better at mimicking emotions due to how much more they travel, and the swapper clan is exceptionally so, since they see so many dragons for their work.
