I have completed 13 awakened pairs so far. It's been such slow going due to my terrible ability to bond consistently! I also unfortunately only have at most, one half of any of the boss familiar pairs so those will definitely be a long process.

My fav thus far is [item=Ornamental Eyewing] and I am super close to getting the [item=sweetsong reaper] which I think is adorable. The [item=leatherback wave sweeper] is my dream.
