Unrelated to FR at all, but I've been given a research paper about an online community and chose the FR community as it's the only one I'm really invested in and have any sort of background knowledge of. I have to decide on a hypothosis for this paper related to fitting in within the community. Honestly, I'm really stumped right now, but I got an idea, which brings me to these questions:

What are some welll known people on FR? Are you well known? Why are you and/or some other account well known?

If some people could help me with this, I would really appreciate it

Aside from mods and devs, I can honestly only name one person who I'd consider well known and that's the person with the mono-imp lair. Although, I don't quite understand why they are well known for that

I would definitely say Henry is well known (the mono-imp lair- I think he's known cause he's active, and also he got an imp scroll.)

I think Culex is well known too? Because of their really cool coli build

Other than those two, I don't really know. I don't think I'm well known.

I'd say Henry and Culex are def well known, also Lonin, Rhea, the person who has the mono sunshine lair (I think their un is Sunshine???) and Charias, probably some others I'm forgetting heh. And of course Undel, Xhastol, Aequorin, Mutron, Kaeopora, and other staff.

going to place Maki onto the pile for their super helpful festival guide for every single festival ever.

the day Maki stops updating that guide will be a very upsetting day. i appreciate u bud.

Actually I'm quite glad you've asked this question because I've been wondering about this lately as well. I suppose this would vary from person to person particularly from what aspect of 'well known' you were looking at it from (ie. memes, art, etc.)

For me I'd say Ravenhearst is super well known because of their amazing accents/skins and considering I'm not really in that market I still know them.

Rhea used to be another user I saw a lot especially in old question threads.

There's always the Naomi lair although I don't think that really counts as a user? The lair is dead too so I'm not sure.

Henry's pretty well known for the imperial archer lair (it's pretty amazing ngl)

Culex and Maki are so well known for their help on the coli and festival guides.

HenryTheArcher! Mono Imp lair, active in the forums. Maki created a lot of super helpful guides that are constantly being updated. The staff are all notable folks who could be brought up. Other folks whose names I see a lot are Azimyth (Azymith?), Lonin, drearie (formerly PopatoPips I think) and Honour.

Naomi lair, sunshine, Henry, rhea, Neffi is pretty well known in arcane, other flight dom organizers, KyloRen for domwatch

Edit: ladychipmunk, lordmoose, and I like to pretend I’m well knownXD

Potentially would add Argante who does a lot of work for wind council and whom I've seen quite a few times in the forums outside of wind.

Also LadyChipmunk who created several give and get threads (100kt and 50kt?)

Tserin who runs a baldwin melt thing and seems decently active on forums

Not said yet but I’d consider Azymith well known account for his ridiculous luck!
